Before establishing SMG, Kyle accumulated extensive experience within the meetings and convention industry, primarily on the convention and visitors bureau side. His background includes honing his skills in planning and orchestrating large conferences. Notably, he served on the Board of Directors for Meeting Professionals International-Kansas City Chapter for six years, holding various pivotal roles in membership, finance, and as Chapter President.
In 2019, Kyle recognized a gap in the support structure for the associations he closely collaborated with. This realization inspired his vision to offer association management services specifically tailored to chapters and associations. The aim was to empower board members and committee leaders to focus on the strategic growth and vision of their organizations, leading to the establishment of Sadewhite Management Group.
