    With a rich history of leadership roles, Kyle has contributed significantly to esteemed organizations such as PCMA, KCSAE, and MPI, notably serving as the President of the MPI Kansas City Chapter. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University. Moreover, Kyle's commitment to service led him to an eight-year tenure in the United States Army, including a deployment to Iraq.

    Kristin Calland serves as the Vice President of Operations at Sadewhite Management Group, specializing in membership, website, and content management. With over 15 years of experience, Kristin excels in optimizing organizational efficiency by refining processes, implementing systems, and achieving tangible results.

    Drawing from her background as an educator and instructional coach, Kristin values the power of building relationships as the cornerstone of catalyzing meaningful change.     Kristin holds a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Saint Louis University.
